In which are really sweet apples

I was cutting apples for applesauce tonight, and one of the apples had so much sugar in it, that the sugar crystallized on the flesh when I cut it. I need to figure out what the cultivar is.

I didn't put sugar in the applesauce, the apple itself was sugary.
