All the tests were negative, including the MRI and MRA - everything is absolutely fine. They think it may be a reaction to a medication that she's been taking for years; that seems odd, but I guess it could be true

So glad to hear she is home. Some times medications change their formula, and if they change 'inert' ingredients they don't have to report the change. I had an allergic reaction to a medication about 2 years ago that had changed the chemical they used to color the pill.

Not super surprising that the reactions to a medication might change with time or whatever. I've had of all things a strange (and since apparently doesn't happen in the real world from what I've seen online obviously it isn't really happening with me) reaction to aspirin where I actually get hot and sweaty; not dangerously so, just annoyingly so. Meaning basically that sometime I need to pick up some Tylenol equivalent, but nonetheless annoying. Human physiology varies and changes; something not necessarily allotted for by modern medicine.
