for VF/pulseless VT first thing to do is defib, but they don't have the machine so.. and epi is for any cardiac arrest (VF/P.VT/asystole) but specifically for VF/VT is amiodarone.. but preferably inotropic drug like epi must be given via central venous line or endotracheal tube coz it'll reach heart faster.. later just see in code blue how shiraishi administered the drug xD
b/c here we always say epi for episiotomy.. but adrenaline for the drug xD do u realize how they short-form the drug? another one is metokuro (metoclorpramide xDD ) loll
my torrent is slow like siput babi toooooooooooooooo!! but i watched on streaming site :D
i just watched ep 4 with sub.. it's not bad ^^ i cried when fujikawa cried reading the letter xDD at first i was wondering what kind of surgery they (aizawa & fujikawa) did in ICU ward??! now i knew :D fujikawa is a very kind doctor.. i'm touched ;_; i like how he comforted the munchausen pt...
do you remember the procedure they performed on that young guy with head injury? was that craniotomy? I've never seen any in RL :(
