reminded me somewhat of my acute variation. oops. thanks for the story. (and the painful memories!)

ref the holes they cut - I was told if you seem to have developed muscles they split rather than cutting through them - as you had keyhole this is what I'm guessing they did anyway.

ref scar'ing - (this'll be *so* hard for you ;) ) keep it out of the sun and in 2/3 years or so it'll fade a lot. :-)
