hey you just reminded me.. I have the Chronicles of Narnia in separate hardback books.. all but The Last Battle.. and I CANNOT find the one that goes to my set on the net.
BUTTT the bookstore I am going to tomorrow said they can order it by bringing in one of the other books from the set... I forgot until JUST now. THANKS KATE!
Oh you would loveeeeeeeeeeeee mine. Every once in a blue moon, walmart will have these special edition books on sale in this nifty setup. They had the Chronicles, each story a separate book, in these small hardback books a couple years ago. When I saw them, I was on the clock, so I had to wait until my lunch. By the time I got out there, there was one of everything I needed. I started hurrying to scoop up all of them, then go up front... I reached for the LAST one I needed, The Last Battle ironically enough.. and some lady was trying to pick out just one or two of them for her grandkid... I tried to explain to her that the books had an order they went in and she insisted on getting that one.. WHICH by the way, she only grabbed up when I reached for it

What a bitch! I HATE having none matching sets. Drives me nuts looking at sets with different covers! I might use my birthday money to buy a new nice set I think!

I really want a nice hardback copy! The ones I have are about 10 years old at least and really manky now!

I HATE having none matching sets. Drives me nuts looking at sets with different covers!
