it's a new year, so i figure a new update is due. there's been a lot going on, with most of it being good, but that means this entry will be long. savor it, because at my current pace, there won't be another until flowers are blooming. i'll just stick to the somewhat tabular format

it was terrible, so terrible. i saw it was coming on hbo this week in tuscaloosa and i could not bring myself to even turn it on. i just don't get how angelina could have stooped to such a low.

by the way, i just heard a reporter on espn say "...it was the hardest he's ever prepared..." and it sounded like your last name in the middle. seriously, just now.
