Ok so I was watching the Animatrix on Adult Swim last week and I have a favorite1 ! Although I do not know the name of the animatrix or the girl I would like to cosplay, I still would <3 to cosplay as her. I don't know about dying my hair those exact colors. I AM dying my hair blue. Her name is Yoko... The name of the shorty is Beyond. It's written and directed by Koji Morimoto. If you like Morimoto's work, I suggest that you rent "Memories" from the video store.
