I took it again recently, too. I don't remember how I scored back then, but this time I scored clearly more neurotypical on some scales, clearly more neurodiverse on others. Overall, slightly more neurodiverse.
I don't have a record of my first score, but it was high on autism and low on neurotypicality.
I did post a score four years ago (August, 2013). My autism score was 140 and my neuropypical score was 65. So my neurodiverse score was lower by 22 points (15.7%) and my neurotypical score was up 25 points (38.5%).
The test has been revised three times since i first took it. The one i took in 12013 had 161 items; the one i took the other day had about 120 items.
I haven't looked at specific areas yet; but i still do better with things than with people.
