I set myself a series of alarms throughout the day for the Liturgy of the Hours, with a church-bell ringtone I downloaded for the purpose. I actually respond to the bell only about half the time, but when I was unemployed a few years ago, needing to impose structure on my time more, I got much better about it. Besides the liturgy itself, I really liked how it divided the day into blocks of time in between, which I could assign to different activities (housework, paperwork, gardening, study, etc.). I would invariably get off-track by the end of each block of time, but the bell would bring me back and I could start fresh.
