I'll watch that community for a while.  Apparently it's been dormant.  (So what else is new?)

Yeah, the dommunity started in 2003. By the time i started watching it (2009) it consisted mostly of daily chapters from the TTC by one person; his postings received almost no comments. But i really enjoyed getting my "daily_tao" There have been no posts since November, so i thought i would see if i could help put some life back into it.

A funny thing is that I'm more and more struck by how typically the Christians I know seem to want a God who's a gumball machine or a pocket genius (in the sense of genii), and not a person!

But then, we humans don't seem to be wonderful at recognizing the deep mystery of every human or other creature.

Yes, our "second nature" almost always overwhelms our "original nature," but some groups or individual humans do seem to remember their proper place in the scheme of things.
