I've often wondered what it's like to respond to a mantra of naming. I know that a lot of people do. I just have no feel for it, myself, and have not succeeded in acquiring such a feel. I can get it as one sort of the mystical response to any sort of mantra. Though that's not exactly my cuppa, either. But I have the impression that, for those to whom the -- ah, wow, I think I understand a bit of it! It is a calling for the beloved!
