It's hard to choose which album to go with since they're all great in their own right, but I do agree with the idea of avoiding Load and Reload...but then again, you DO like St. Anger so you never really know

Master of Puppets was almost the first thing out of my... fingers, but since you already have five of eight from there, you should probably go with Justice or Load, or Reload after that. Between Justice and Load, though, I'd say go with Load. IMO, the whole album's completely underrated (which is why I burned 12 of 14 tracks off it, trying to keep just the best =P).
From order of how I'd buy it all if I were you: ...And Justice for All Load Reload Master of Puppets Garage, Inc. Kill 'Em All
Or you could just save up your money over a couple paychecks and buy 'em all at once. -_^ If ya got the means, just get 'em all, straight up.
