The following event took place at 8:32 PM last night:
That's what happened when my headphones decided that they didn't feel like working in my right ear. Try as I did, I couldn't get them to work. So I got my back up pair out of my foot locker... Only what I found was that the textbook sitting on top of it had broken the left side off. I grabbed the super glue and the duct tape trying to save it, but it did no good. Furiously frustrated, I went apeshit and began slinging both pair of defective headphones around until they were in the status you see above. I can never find a decent pair of headphones. Honestly. I go through headphones like J Lo goes through husbands. I need new headphones more often than Keith Richards needs a hit. It's embarassing. I'm down to my last pair of headphones now; the ones I primarily use for the PC. But now they're my only pair, so I have to unplug them and bring them with me whenever I want to use my CD player or my laptop.
In other news, I got the Celtics' tickets in the mail today. Upper balcony in the 39th row. In other words, nosebleed section. I don't know why I didn't see that coming. Like they'd give me actual decent seats. Oh well. But hey, I'll still enjoy it. I remember my tickets to the Habs/Bruins game a couple years ago were dead last row, and I still saw the game pretty good. I should bring some binoculars like I did for the hockey game.
