The Chief Baker of the RMS Titanic is one of the more interesting characters of the story of the Titanic.  Charles Joughin simply knew he was going to die.  Offered a place in one of the boats as a member of the crew, he argued that it wasn’t right that he do so.  “I’m no sailor” he told Second Officer Charles Lightoller.  He assisted passengers

It was recounted in Cameron's movie? I guess I missed that part...

You see him at the very end of the movie dressed in the white chef's outfit. He pulls out a flask and drinks it while he hangs onto the back with Rose and Jack.

Cameron really tries to show that THIS was the guy. The guy WAS dressed in his white chef's outfit, but he had a black pea coat over it and he never carried any alcohol out of his room that night.
