you should listen to busdriver, i do believe you might like him. also the mountain goats album "tallahassee". Even if you dont like him you would like his album writing method i bet ( like $20! ) (ok, fake $20)
dude, busdriver is totally rad tastic. after reading yer myspace post, I am entirely intrigued (sp?) by the busdriver unicorns split. I don't totally remember mountain goats, but I remember playing them/she/him/it/etc at work and not being impressed. I'll give it another listen though, on yer recomendation.
lately top 5 for me is: modest mouse, joanna newsome, fiona apple, death vessel (which is sooooo not what you'd think from the name), and dangerdoom.
