It depends on what category they fall under. On the other hand, that can also be the problem, since the lines get blurred quite easily and then you don't know where you stand. I don't know of whom you speak of but maybe a low key approach would work? Now apparently my method of being friends and then moving into something more doesn't always work either so its just a luck of the draw I guess..

I like to say I've been around mostly women all my life and I still can't seem to wrap my mind around them....

Same here. They are a strange breed and I don't get them. I think I do and then something like this happens and I get confused. I am talking about Kerry this girl I who I have been "friends" with. Last night was the last time I will probably see her for a while and when I tried to give a goodnight kiss, I was denied and she wouldn't tell me why.

If it makes you feel any better I don't get them either and I am one.

Though taking the approach of one of my recently single supervisors at work and constantly muttering at me (the only female in the room) "what the fuck is wrong with your kind...cryptic bitches...etc etc" is a BAD approach...

It does. Women are too mysterious and can't make up their minds. I guess guys can be like that sometimes too.

it DOES go both ways. But I'd agree it's true that in GENERAL guys do it less. Possibly why I've always had more male friends when you get right down to it...And I do my best to state my mind cause playing games doesn't usually doesn't get me what I want either ;)

But I'd venture that sometimes the 'mysteriosity' is all the more alluring, in reference to both sexes.

I think the fact that we don't get women at all is what makes them so fascinating to us.

And I can't believe I'm actually commenting on something you posted 3 years ago, isn't that just sad?

Very true. I read this thing every once and while to reminisce.
