I've been wondering a bit of the same, though it seems to vary between 5 and 15 most recent posts. Also the "Earlier posts" button, though still present, does not work. Also it seems I've lost the calendar function to view my own prior entries.
Makes me want to stop using livejournal, but fuck facebook. Guess I'll have to wait for diaspora to be completed?
