Nice sketch! The only thing missing is that more booby is needed (I just feel that it helps make her character a little more distinct). I like the way you've captured her face. Perfect expression.

I never called her Girlkar though... people got me calling her Boobiekar. XD

Boobiekar does have a better ring to it XD (And he fact her real name kinda sounds like a stripper name doesn't help either - Hollybell ftw?)

When I draw Boobs, they usually come out distorted, so I cheated and covered it up XP

She looks like some mad cross between, Kukkaku and Yoruichi.
But she looks like that anyway so... You dressing her in shinigami uniform just makes me think that even more.

The way her uniform is ripped suggests to me Kukkaku, as does her hair and her expression is kind of Yoruichi.
