Today we visited a public high school. It was utterly, utterly plebian. And I was wondering, is it a requirement for all the girls to dress to reveal as much as possible?

Ah. I was extremely bored earlier and no one was around to entertain me. Oshitari was probably off gallavanting with some girl and Ootori and Shishido were on a date (don't lie, Shishido, I know you were) and everyone else was god knows where. So
