HAHAHAHA! You wouldn't believe how often I ask myself that question - walking to work, cleaning the house, clipping my nails... basically all the damned time. Now, you can ask it too.
This writing meme was stolen from the inimitable

Oooh, ooh, please miss, I have three questions... but that's greedy so feel free to answer only one of your choosing if you'd prefer.
1) So You Know Where I'll Be So I'm cheating by picking a particular story, but I'd love you to talk about it a bit, the choice of Reese POV, etc.
In terms of question 2, I'd love to hear your thoughts on V/Evey and Sherlock/John.

I'd say it was a very successful experiment. ♥ I thought you did a marvellous job of capturing Reese's inner confusion over what he's doing and why he's doing it.
Totally get what you're saying about Evey. I have to admit I don't care for how... simpering(?) she could sometimes be in the fic like without V she was nothing.
I'm sorry the that the title is not coming to me right now and I'm somewhere I can't access AO3 but I think you did a marvellous job of capturing Sherlock in the story that ends with him walking away in to the crowd, y'know, the one where the fan girls were demanding a sequel. *g*
And this so this means that I tend to write them as two parts of one guy is a truly great observation/decision.

Proposal Conundrum and the Ending of Contention, yes ;) While I still wrote that from John's POV, Sherlock kinda bulled his way to the foreground in that one. And, ooohhhhhh, I satisfied my texting fetish.... XD

Well, the biggest thing that I keep in mind is that I try to avoid fandom cliches when writing them. Every fandom develops its own unique canon view (for example, the CM fandom has an overdeveloped obsession with Prentiss's RED SHIRT. She wore it in two episodes, but it shows up all over the place in fic and is loaded with all of this fan meaning that is completely independent of the show itself ( ... )

Oh, that look. Yes, he knew that look very well and tried to avoid receiving it whenever possible. In the background he heard someone say ‘I do not look like a lioness!’, and he smirked as his body warmed at the distant voice.
This is my favorite part of Father's Day. Even if I didn't know that it was Emily, anyone's kid calling them a lioness is hilarious to me...
