I spent the weekend with synap and Orbit at Deerstones II, a.k.a. The Farm, in celebration of our wedding anniversary (which is actually today). As always it was wonderful and restful, despite my parents constant current of marital bickering. After 30 years or so, you just start to tune it out, I guess ( Read more... )

A very fine place. I'd move there in a heartbeat. If your folks ever move to Miami for retirement...we make good neighbors!

I'm going to choose NOT to tell Orbit that you thought she was a ferret (she's sensitive).

The chances of my 'rents ever moving to the land of lyposuction and mojitos are extremely remote, but you and yer peeps will be more than welcome at our house when it's built ;)
