My favorite fic ever was when min and hyun got married but hyun still loves wook, his ex lover. Then hyun is so bad in treating min. But i forgot the exact details. In the end min got hospitalized bec she lost so much weight then hyun proposed to her and when min said that she is fine, hyun said that she should go out. Min thought that hyun only said he loves her bec she's sick so she run away or tried to but in the end she found out that hyun meant to invite her in a vacation trip.

I think this is the Fic you are talking about is my version of Angelqmin's A Fool In Love -> NEAR though Wook isn't the ex-lover but he is in Angelqmin's fic, which you can find HERE =D My fic is a remade version of her fic.
