sorry, I didn't post any, laziness owns me.
you just have to download, unzip, upload all the pictures to something like photobucket, go here, create a new moodtheme and put the links for the moods in, width is 90px and heigth is 45px.
There are also some client to make this easier but I don't know about those :D
