So, here I am sitting in the departure lounge of Bristol International Airport waiting for my flight to Cork.

It looks like the weather might be a mixture of things, including 'good', so I hope to get lots of photos taken and share them with you all next week.

Thanks for all your encouragement as far as Ireland was concerned. I had a great time and the weather certainly played its part - it was sunny sometimes, sometimes for as long as ten whole minutes! I drove over the mountains between Killarney and Cork in a blizzard, had lots of rain and drizzle just about everywhere and still thoroughly enjoyed it. I suppose this means I had a typical irish holiday! :)))

Thanks. :)) It was really good. Lots to see, lots of gorgeous coastline, lots of weather! I hope the photos do it justice, but I'll be starting to post them anyway in the next few days. :))

Thanks Monika. You would have loved it there. I'm sure you will tell that from the photos when I get round to posting them. The weather was a bit disappointing but, after all, it was Ireland in March! Stone circles, ruined castles and abbeys, beautiful seashore - just the thing for you, I think. You and Marcin would, I'm sure, have a great time there. :)))

Thanks. It was great. There was lots of weather and i even drove over the mountains between Killarney and Cork in a total white-out blizzard - something i really hadn't bargained for! Photos will follow over the next few days. :))
