Slow-Motion

Today, I saw an accident in slow-motion.  Sure, we've all seen accidents before, and I've seen many I'd consider gruesome, but none were in slow-motion, save for the accidents I was in.  I realize now that slow-mo is saved for those moments when your life might be impacted.  That "holy shit, this is serious" reaction that slows everything down so

I'm glad you're safe. We saw a broken guardrail driving back from San Diego on Friday. The tow trucks were still on scene, as were police and fire, and everybody was looking over the edge. That didn't seem like a happy day. I'm glad yours was a miss.

I think my superbowl plan is excellent. :)

Just wishing that time would hurry up so it can start and I can chill out and have a beer. The strangeness of having J gone doesn't have me inclined to start any work-related projects, and I'm not going to do any laundry in this weather (have to go to the complex laundry room). There is some organizing to be done, but meh. I did some dishes, cleaned the bathroom some, took care of the kitty litter box, vaccumed some and I think I'm going to play some Roller Coaster Tycoon. Show off my rollercoaster business school smarts.
