And I would love to see the translation when you are done, because I'm actually trying to teach myself Chinese, and it would be super interesting to read one of my own fics in a different language!

This was such a wonderfully written AU. It parallels the canon piece so well. ;w; The only critic I could give is Brook wasn't here, but of course he isn't! 'coz you did warn the fic just goes up to Enies Lobby, so no worries. No hard feelings. XDDDD

Ahh, I love that feeling at the last part, though. ♥ That "oh my god they've been through so much and now they finally get what they deserve" kind of feeling after being heartbroken with MERRY BURNING DOWN. ;w; Separating "Merry is burning." from all the other paragraphs sent chills down my spine. Damn, that line was so powerful! ♥ And, hm, what else? Oh, that confrontation scene between Sanji and Usopp. Oh goodness. I could feel the tension Usopp felt when no one was there to help him get out of this anymore, and wanting to form the words but they just won't come out. Ugh omg the agony of being confronted by someone you like. ;w;

Ahhh, I can hardly keep up with all the shiny comments you've been so kind in leaving!

Oh man, I think I had wanted to go as far as Thriller Bark, but I wrote most of this in one or two sittings and I started getting major fatigue from plodding around in this world for so long, so I just sort of... stopped. I didn't want to force it and have it come out all stilted and weird. XD But I would love to write modern!Brook at some point! He'd be so fun to translate.
