Aw, thank you! I finally managed to take a nap, so I'm feeling considerably better. It's getting myself to fall asleep in the first place that's the tricky bit. :-)

Thanks for the hugs! I'm feeling a bit better now, thank goodness. I'm glad you enjoyed the art; it was just exactly what I'd pictured when I was writing the drabble.

Sorry about your rough day.. my husband gets very scary migraines, but recently he's tried this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumatriptan
-- which definitely works. He says it feels weird, like he's having a migraine but just not aware of it, but it sure beats actually having one. Not that I know what I'm talking about, but might be worth trying.

haha! my years of careful building of an innocent LJ persona have finally paid off in an internet pharmaceuticals plug!

Thanks for the tip! I've been meaning to ask my doctor about that, actually. It's sold here as Imitrex, available in tablets or injections, and as much as I dislike the idea of having to inject myself, I think I'd actually prefer it to tablets. I have a tendency to wake up to a nasty migraine-in-progress, which is why the meds I'm on now don't necessarily do the job; they're very effective if I can take them before the migraine actually hits, but after that... not so good. It's helpful for me to hear your husband's take on how effective the new drug is--it sounds promising!

Sorry about the migraines, I hope the attack is over soon.
The art is hilarious. You're very lucky. :)

Thanks for the well wishes! I'm feeling a bit better, although I don't like how many migraines I've had recently, so I'm thinking of going to the doctor to ask for a newer type of medication; I've heard good things about it. Hopefully, that will be more effective at treatmeant.

Isn't the art funny? I was so thrilled that she did that out of the blue. I'm very lucky indeed!
