Glad you enjoyed the vids! Juni tweeted the link to the first one, and I had to share. :-)

I was really impressed by how gracious and enthusiastic Gerard Butler was, and I know that for a lot of the people there, he made their weekends--possibly their years. It says a lot of good things about him.

I hope the flowers look that good when they come up! Only one way to find out, I guess. ~crosses fingers~

*HUGS* That was nice of Gerard Butler to go to the homecoming game. He's another one of my favorite actors.
Our homecoming game is this saturday.

I got to visit with my aunt's cat. He's sweet and loves his head to be rubbed too! Of course the dog will get jealous and wants some attention.

My monday was ok. Work was busy as usual. And its warm here again.

Mind sending some of that warmth here? It's very damp and cold today, the sort of cold that seeps into your bones.

I've never yet met a cat that didn't like a head rub, except for feral ones! They love to have their ears rubbed, don't they? But I can't blame the dog for wanting to get in on the action. ;-)

I thought Gerard Butler was incredibly gracious and enthusiastic, and I was very impressed by him. Although part of me thinks, "Hey, when I was a student, all we got was James Caan! Where's my upgrade?" *g*

Gerard Butler is too cool for school... but apparently not. :D

Up at the Big House... *wipes away tears*... members of the cast of Detroit 1-8-7 visited. *yawn*

Hee! Ah, it's true. He's SO cool that he's in school! :-)

Well... I will say that I've been surprised by how much I like Detroit 187. It's the best cop show I've seen since my beloved Homicide was canceled, and I think it does show that they've tried very hard to get the small details right. And the cast and crew have been really gracious in adopting the city.

But... Michael Imperioli aside, they're not really stars are they? Not yet, anyway. But it was nice of them to come to the game.

And sorry about Iowa. ~winces~ I'm not looking forward to that game in two weeks.
