Man, I'm sorry to hear this. At least you were there at the end to be with him.

I spent the week before Memorial Day sharing my sister's last hours in a hospital in Billings, Montana, so I can commiserate. We'd been expecting it for over three years, ever since she was diagnosed with cancer; but in the back of your mind you always think it's still going to be somewhere down the road.
