Tooka! Tooka! or I think it was Tookie! Tookie! (George in the Jungle). I remember the old rhyme for the Pelican; was there one for the Toucan? I think they're awesome. Supposed to be smart birds too.
I just can't get over the fact that they're so adorable. I mean... just look at those adorable feet, penguin-colored feathers, blue eyes, and ridiculous beak! Ahahaha, and it's been forever since I've watched George in the Jungle. Tookie! Tookie!
What about mawcaws? Those things are gorgeous! I know someone who bought one a few years back. Those birds live for about fifty years, so she had to put the bird in her will.
OMG. I've also heard of the macaw's long life span. Isn't that crazy? That those birds can outlive some humans? I think it's crazy.
But mercy! They have such beautiful feathers, too. I still have a painting at home done by a macaw. From one of those special little stage shows they have at zoos. I was the lucky kiddo called up to the stage that day!
