Morgan and I have no power, and haven't had power since Tuesday night. I didn't think the windstorm we had on Tuesday was all that terrible, especially not compared to, say, the storm of 2008 (although I think there was one in 2005 or 2006, because I moved out in '04 and we had at least one windstorm when Morgan and I lived at the Port in Bellevue

Oh, man! I hope you get your power back soon! Going that long without power sucks big time.

At our old apartment we lost power a lot, and during either Hurricane Irene or Hurricane Sandy we were out of power for seven long, long days. Lots of dry ice and early bedtimes.

Poor Buddy. He doesn't like the dark. And the noisy generators.

*hugsback* We have power! It only took...about 40 hours. I haven't gone near the fridge or freezer yet, but the house is warm again and we have light and internet.
