I had lunch with Spoo yesterday (monday, since it's now 3am on tuesday) and he asked me how my head was doing, and I had to figure out a way to put it. In all seriousness, have you considered seeing a doctor about being treated for chronic pain, rather than headaches? I have a couple doctors I could recommend, one in Bellevue and the current guy I'm seeing in Seattle (he's with Swedish). My headaches didn't leave me alone until I started taking extended-release medications, and I've been dealing with them for about two decades myself.

(caveat on the doctors - the first one doesn't take insurance but they will courtesy bill for you, but i'm not sure if you need a referral from your pcp to get an appointment.)
