Wow I could never do your job. Kids/teenagers frustrate me beyond anything and I give you much kudos for doing that in your job.

I'm sorry to hear about work. Getting time off is a bitch! Where I work, we have a policy that if you can't work you find someone to work for you. There are so few of us that this is nearly impossible, ug.
