I finally saw the first two eps of Heroes last night.
( I flailed like I hadn't flailed before (well, not since SGA 401 so...yeah) )

This completely does not surprise me, as it was possibly the worst english accent since Dick Van Dyke.

I can't wait until these episodes air over here, because the reviewers will slaughter that guy.

I suppose it's just sad comparing him to, say, the dude that plays Mohinder, who I assumed was English until I heard him talk in an interview and couldn't believe how good his accent on the show was.

As someone who can't do an accent to save my own life (I can't even put on a proper kiwi accent, and I am one, from living in the UK for too long, so all I have is some weird, mishmashed, non-accent) I hate when they cast people who clearly cannot do an accent either. For me, it detracts from the actual performance, and brings me back to reality with a bump (and reality is not something I am particularly wanting when I watch TV).

I need to watch Alias. I think I've seen the first season and a half and that's it. They don't really show it over here.

It's all part of Wentz's evil plan to take over the world! I'm so sure of it.

I think maybe Bandom has invaded my brain a wee bit too much, when I'm thinking of things like this.
