Very well then. I received a letter almost one year ago. The letter looked to be from you, and in it, you were asking me to help in the running of a new Bureau for a short time while a rafiq was found to run it. However, when I arrived, I found that the letter was fake and that I had been deceived and trapped in this encampment. Not much has occurred since then, but starting several months ago, a chain of events started in which it seems people, different from those who usually arrive, have come to help save this place.

Because of some of their group members' actions, however, the barrier that keeps the people in this location has been damaged. In order to get fixed, it must connect to other places, which allow for people to be brought here.
