I know of a way that might help. Let me think about how I've done it in the past and get back to you.

I found one way that works, but the software I used only allowed me to transfer 5 songs at a time to my harddrive. If you come up with the way you know, please let me know. The software I have is a trial software, and I don't know if I'll need to use this again later on in the future.

I'm just glad there is a way, I even went as far as emailing apple, and they claim there isn't any way to transfer the music back to the computer or from ipod to ipod.

But please let me know with what you come up with.

BTW, love your icon!

I don't use iPods, but I have another question.

You've renamed your journal twice now. Did you use a rename token? Do you have any others? I want to change mine. I'm kinda confused about how this all works.

It's not hard to do, it'll cost $15.00 to change your name. I didn't open a new account, just renamed it. I wanted to keep my friends, and everything else I've had since being a memeber here at LJ.

You would need to get a rename token, it's again $15.00, and the link for you is here: http://www.livejournal.com/shop/view.bml?item=rename

Hopefully that link will take you right where you need to go, you have to be logged into your live journal account in order to do this.

Once you've gotten your rename token (it'll come via email to your email address so make sure your email is current), you just click on the links I think they provide you (can't remember of the top of my head) and follow everything and ta-da new name. If you want to keep everything with your new name, they do give you that opition, just make sure you read everything carefully.

Hope this helps.
