I'm chewing my nails.  My 19 year old cat had to go to the vet today.  I'm scared.  It's really likely she's gonna have to be put down...

I'm trying my best to be positive.  she's had a good long life but it's hard....

Sorry for ruining anyone's day...

Edit:  The made the decision to put her down.  RIP Wuss E Cat Saturday January 3 2009.

Oh NO! I'm so sorry!

What happened? Did she suddenly get sick?

She has had a good long life, for sure, but that doesn't make it any easier to lose her.

I'm so sad for you. :(

she was having trouble going to the bathroom and was very ill suddenly. And she suddenly started to leak blood and fluids. They had the option to put her on meds but that may have just made her suffer through it. It's best she's not in pain.
