Wow..that was heartbreaking! So freakin beautifully written! By the way, this is probably a stupid question, but do you know if Sam really did die on his birthday, which would of course made Dean die a year later on his birthday? Cuz I heard that somewhere, and that is just...god, Sam sure is lucky isn't he? *drips with sarcasm* ;P

Oooh yes, Sam was apparently resurrected on his birthday - so Dean died exactly 1 year later, on Sam's birthday.

So heartbreaking - can't remember where I found that info out, I think it might have been in one of the season companion books.
