To all my friends in this nasty weather, I hope you stay safe, sound and warm. I have been watching the weather channel and it looks like a rough night for sure. We in Michigan are going to get some rain and snow but nothing like some of you are going through.

I didn't go to prune yesterday, had to many things to do around the house. And besides I need at least one day to rest. I did 7 loads of laundry and cleaned the kitchen. I got to watch the race and take a two hour nap. I think my day was very productive ( Read more... )

I went in today to get my nails clipped and low and behold, next thing I know, I am signing my life away. Remember the toe issue. Doc said that maybe releasing the tendon will help cause it's pretty bent over. So he did. The anesthesia is starting to wear off and it stings a bit but not bad. I am still at work, hubby is just leaving now. The downfall of only having one vehicle. This is just miserable. Blue is not a happy camper.

We had a good class again today. Today was all about vegetables. I learned a couple of neat tricks and the instructor again was top notch. He was a retired MSU extension field agent. Time for a b-12 shot tonight, I am falling asleep at my desk. I also need to get on that vitamin d regimen that doc wants me to do.
Come on hubby, I really want to get out here. Been here since 6:45, enough already.

We fell asleep right after coming home from class and just woke up.

Oh my God, that felt wonderful!

I'm back, very tired. I shopped and shopped and scrubbed floors and vacuumed and washed dishes and even visited my dad! Yay! He looks good, just the mind keeps going south. But all in all, thank God, the weather was great and the roads were great and my mom was great.

I just need sleep. At work now. Need more coffee......
