Monday was our do nothing day, just slept a lot and hung around the hotel room. Tuesday we drove to Granada to see the Alhambra. The Alhambra is the magnificent fortress and castle from the last moorish dynasty of Spain, the "red castle" which Isabelle and Ferdinand conquered in order to make Spain one Christian country. *squee* I am SO JEALOUS of your time in the Alhambra. We looked at a lot of pictures of it in Spanish class in high school, but it would never compare to the real thing...
