Bandwidth exceeded notice

I'm getting ad strips saying "Bandwidth exceeded--upgrade to pro today!" fr. Photobucket all over my recent entries and friends pages, blocking me fr. viewing them OK.  LJ Help told me to clear my browser cache.  I've done that, but I'm still getting the same problem.  So wondering if anybody can offer me any additional advice re. what to do...

host your background image on your own photobucket account, and the bandwidth won't get exceeded.
