And good on Kenji. One thing I've wanted to do for a long time was to be able to take my dogs to a home or somewhere where people would benefit from a bit of doggy love, but neither of them are anywhere near suitable for that kind of thing.

Y'know, I've wanted to do that with Kenji but always thought he didn't like people who don't play with him, but he was so sweet with Janet and she couldn't play... Wish I could drive. There's a company called Velma's who does it. Would yours be OK on a leash or would they wanna go barrelling down corridors of hospitals and things? (So would K-dog.)

Zoe's very people friendly but LOUD and I think a lot of people take her "talking" as aggression. And Ruby...my god, Ruby. She's absolutely adorable with Paul and I. Extremely affectionate and very quiet. But with other people...well, it's not so good. She especially hates small children. It's a bit of a worry.

Ahhh, Zoe has many things to say. Pity people misconstrue it like when two dogs are playing, they think they're fighting. (I used to!) And good old Ruby. Although I love small children, sometimes I hate them too, so I can totally dig where she's coming from. Kenji doesn't even look tots in the face, he just drops a ball at their feet and starts edging away so they'll throw it. Kids fight over throwing him the ball which is just the way he likes it.

ETA: Velma's is really exi but I'm thinking of doing it soon. Todd said he'd drive us, gawd luv 'im. Thanks for the reminder! Hope I can get him to come when I call him. Kenji too, hohoo.
