future reference: spraying down a sunburn with distilled white vinegar will take the burn out... it will sting like a b***h when first applied, but then the 'burning' uncomfortable part is taken down to what it feels like about 3 days after a burn (in under 30 minutes! waahoo!) - do this in the shower stall so you're not getting vinegar everywhere. 3 peaches, peeled and diced
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup simple syrup
Directions
1. Combine the peaches and orange juice in a food processor; puree until smooth. Add the pineapple; puree again until smooth. Pour the simple syrup into the peach mixture; blend to combine.
2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions OR freeze slowly, stirring the mixture every half hour or so
