I don't know 'bout befriendin' them, but I can keep an eye on them at least.
I ain't had much trouble findin' them that deal drugs here--it work almost the same in any city. Even though they ain't really illegal here, them that deal 'em too used to workin' in the dark to stop. Most of 'em, anyway--the ones that work in the light, I leave alone. They ain't playin' the game; they doin' something else entirely.

It is illegal, but there's simply no time for the police force to handle it.
