That was a lovely chapter. I love how Mai and Zuko fall into old patterns without ending up doing something stupid, and I love how blase Mai is while Zuko is all ldghlskghg.

And wow, Iroh drunk. I wonder who the Warrior was, lol.

Thank you! This was kind of an odd chapter to write, because I ended up thinking about things like what kinds of birth control might be available and what kind of sex education Zuko and Mai had.

I've been thinking about writing the story of Iroh's epic pai sho game with the mystery woman from Kyoshi Island, but I have not actually gotten around to it yet. Maybe after the big bang is done.
