S just sent me pictures of the holiday home she's staying in in Turkey. I like it. Nice mountain views and balconies. The pool and view must be spectacular at night. I love that type of vacation, renting a house for some privacy... Even though hotels can be great too. I have to start making plans for my own trip.

Wow, that looks enormous -- and so nice! That's the kind of place I dream about whenever I consider housesitting for people abroad. However much fun I've had in sketchy little hostels, some privacy and space to yourself would be so fantastic and relaxing. ;)

Oh wow, that's cool. Looks so much like the Canyons here. Interesting. I've been to Istanbul but that's it for Turkey.
