It has been two weeks since I first hung the lavender to dry. And while I have been checking on it regularly it looks like some drying has been happening since day one.
A couple things actually - use it to keep yarn / knit projects safe from critters - give it away (a few friends have requested some) - make cocktails (another friend sent a recipe)
