I went grocery shopping on Super Bowl Sunday ... and did NOT buy any potato chips!!!! Not a one!!! I am SO PROUD of myself. I know this is a VERY SMALL thing. But potato chips are my downfall. And I would eat 80% of the bag. And I would have bought a big-ass bag. BUT I DIDN'T!!!! I need a reward.

I have made muffins! I played lots with the dogs, I started my book finally... And... uh...

Nick won't get to play so here is one for him. He started a new job!

Unfortunately, there are two downfalls for me that are in this house. Aldi's puff cheeto-knockoffs, which are too damn good, and sourdough bread from Sprouts. Still, despite these two things, I am right on my target weight again. I knocked the pasta back out. Sigh. Why is pasta so evil? It wouldn't make a difference if I tried that weird brown pasta, would it? I always gain!

I do vaguely remember, but not entirely, but I like it NOW :) OH DEAN. You know Nick will be jealous. I am not sure he claims to be related to the Motleys... THOSE PANTS! OMG. When did they think those pants and hair were a good idea... Or HOW did they think.

I bought the plane ticket for my next trip to see my girlfriend in Connecticut. Pretty much a whole month's pay for me. But I'm getting to spend three more days there than I thought I would. Also, I love your country. Awesome!

I love Connecticut. I've been in Winter, summer and fall, now it's time for Spring and I'll have seen all the seasons there :p Fall was prettiest, by a long way.

Um, cleaned out a couple of boxes of old stuff I had in my bedroom for literally years. I'm really really bad about that kind of thing. Cleaned out a basket of crap I had by my bed too. Recycled reams of old TW fan fic I had printed out and stashed under my bed. *rolls eyes at self* Went to gym twice. Succeeded in ripping Merlin region 2 DVDs I've been trying to rip for ages and kept having problems with. Thought of something to write for a prompt that seemed really hard. Can you tell I'm talking to myself as well as you? (yes, self, you did accomplish things this week even though you don't feel like it)

I made muffins today too. Bran-cranberry.

Yay for resisting chips! I was going to go to Costco until I realized the game isn't until dinner time. I always think football games are on in the afternoon.

I am impressed! It's a day for muffins -- C made muffins, too. I made muffin-like cupcakes yesterday. Mmmmm.

I am like you and a total packrat. Been trying to do a bit of cleaning lately. Right now I am LJ-cleaning -- fixing tags.

I haven't done anything awesome, but I was thinking about your cupcakes this morning (that sounded dirty).

What if you sought out farmers' markets in your area? All the ones I've ever been to always have vegan this and all-natural that. Maybe you can rent a booth or something? I don't know how this would work or what would be involved (licensing?) but I was thinking about it.

As to Farmer's Markets, that is definitely a way I can go. There's one a five minute drive from my apartment that will open in a couple of months. M has already been looking at what I need to do to sell there (pay the market fee to rent a table, possibly pay some other fee to get a license), BUT I can bake them in my own house.
