LOL, thanks. I'd seen FBI Agent, CIA Agent and cop AUs, but not Homeland Security. And there's a bit of poetic justice in the angels protecting the homeland...

That AU sounds AWESOME. I think I really want to read that. ;) And as soon as I read that it featured Ash too I decided I TOTALLY wanted to read it. (Talks the one who signed up without a plot in mind, but ff. I'll come up with one. XD)

I fake did NaNo this year, shooting for 25,000 after I realized I was no way going to make 50,000. About half of those were for this story, the other half for an anon exchange.
