So last week I was all about the squash. Squash is yummy! When I was a kid, I thought squash was grody to the max. My mom only served it one way -- as runny orange baby food. Why would anyone like that? But over the years, I fell head over heels for zucchini (courgettes to y'all across the pond) and summer squash, and then I met butternut

Oh wow I bought an acorn squash once and then forgot to make it. It changed colors, so I left it as a pretty thing on the counter. The pizza looks fabulous! No advice on peeling things though.

The pizza really really looks good. Havarti! No stinkin' cheddar for you! (and omg from now on, every time I see a cheese name, guess what story I think of...)

and I used to hate cold cheese! I dont' eat as much of it as I used to though--and feel better for it. :)

After last week, where I was confused and thought you were playing squash, lol - I am totally going to pass these on to my mom. She has an extreme problem with dry mouth and has trouble chewing a lot and squash is a main part of her diet, so she is always looking for things to do with it. :)

The acorn squash should be right up her alley, then! The pizza and delicata got pretty soft, too.
